Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: Graduate from UCLA and go on to graduate school/physical therapy school; Continue competing and improving in my cycling career at a high level; Podium at a Pro XCT and world cup; Become a physical/sports medicine therapist

First Involvement in Cycling: My parents introduced me to lots of sports when I was young, including cycling, and cycling and triathlon were the sports I enjoyed the most.

Community and Charity Involvement: Volunteered at youth running, triathlon, and cycling camps as assistant coach; Volunteer at local church charity events

Family: Son of Jack and Jeanette Allred-Powless...has one brother, Neilson

Did you know? Shayna is a very easy-going person who is always up for a good adventure (for example, cliff jumping, bridge jumping, zip-lining, etc.). Her brother, Neilson, is also a national mountain bike champion and competed for the U.S. at the 2014 UCI MTB World Championships.
