(Aug. 27, 2015) – Hilton Clarke (Los Angeles, Calif./UnitedHealthcare) and Samantha Schneider (Milwaukee, Wis./ISCorp Cycling p/b SmartChoice MRI) maintained their respective spots atop the USA Cycling National Criterium Calendar (NCC) standings after the Aug. 22 Chris Thater Memorial in Binghamton, N.Y.
