Best Advice Received From a Coach When Starting Out: Think of a cross race in thirds: First third is positioning, second third is maintaining that position, and the last third is going all out!

Motivation: To be the best athlete and competitor I can be.

Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: In cycling to be national champion in cyclo-cross, and as a personal goal to become a clothing designer.
