Aaron Gwin wins round 3 of Mountain Bike Downhill World Cup
Aaron Gwin (Temecula, Calif./Trek World Racing) descended to the gold medal in the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill World Cup #3 in Fort William, U.K. on Sunday.
Earning his victory with a time of 4:48.210, he was .834 seconds faster than silver medalist Danny Hart (GBR) and 2.516 seconds faster than bronze medalist Gee Atherton (GBR).
It was the second consecutive World Cup win for Gwin this season after placing second in the opening round and winning round two last weekend in Italy.
