National championship racing returns to one of America's newest track cycling venues this August when the Giordana Velodrome hosts the 2013 USA Cycling Elite Mass Start Track Nationals. Head to Rock Hill for three exciting days of racing where Stars-and-Stripes jerseys will be awarded in the sprint, scratch race, kierin, points race and madison.
