Motivation: "To continue improving and hopefully become a professional."

Best advice you received from a coach when you were starting out: "Everyone makes mistakes, but it is about minimizing the mistakes you make."

Hero/role model: Derek Jeter, Frank Schleck and Cadel Evans.

What is your best cycling memory: "Participating in the 2013 World Championships."

How did you first become involved in cycling: "I was introduced to cycling through the local cycling club, BYRDS. I think that was partly due to the fact that the Nordic ski racing team I was on also sponsored BYRDS and so that introduced me to the club."

Cycling goals: "I hope to take cycling to the highest level I can and win as many races as possible along the way."
