Print 2016 State Champion Apparel Program
Voler has entered into an agreement with USA Cycling to be an official provider of State Champion clothing for all Local Associations (LA) in the United States. We have designed a program that is user friendly for each LA as well as each champion. In addition, the program can help generate additional revenue for each LA by providing a 5% commission on each garment sold, paid to each LA through USA Cycling.
Program Details
As part of Voler’s sponsorship and program agreement, each LA will receive the following benefits.
Free artwork set up on our patterns, including design assistance if needed. Full proofs will be provided for final approval before the program begins and before posting them on our website for purchase.
Gift Certificates, valued at $70 each, can be ordered by LA’s for $38 each. LA’s can distribute them to the champions of each race. Each $70 Gift Certificate covers the cost of a single jersey and can be ordered from Voler in advance of each event throughout the race season. Certificates will be electronically sent to the LA. Billing will be sent monthly for the previous month’s claimed & redeemed certificates. LA’s will only be billed $38.00 for each claimed & redeemed certificate. LA’s will not have to pay for any certificates not claimed, redeemed, or expired. Basically, we’ve eliminated any up-front out-of-pocket expense to your organization.
To claim Gift Certificates, Champions must enroll or already be enrolled in Voler Rewards. Certificates are claimed first, adding the $70 credit to their Voler Rewards account. After claiming, champions will be able to log into their account on Voler.com, select the Champion section on the Voler Store page to find their state, select the jersey they wish to order, then redeem the $70 credit available on their account when they checkout.
LA’s will be limited to a single jersey design, but can add up to 4 different disciplines to the design to create 5 distinct State Champion jersey designs. An example would be a non-discipline specific Champion jersey, a TT Champion jersey, a RR Champion jersey, a Crit Champion jersey, and a Cross Champion jersey. Each produced on demand.
Once it has been determined that the purchaser is a valid champion in that specific discipline, the order will be released and processed. After the order is processed and payment approved, the jerseys will be produced and shipped within 10 business days.
Sale of all non-discounted State Champion clothing will generate a 5% commission paid directly to USA Cycling; USA Cycling will then distribute the commission to each LA on a quarterly basis.
