Colorado Springs, Colo. (February 28, 2014) — The best BMX riders in North America will ply their trade at the UCI North American Continental Championships to be held Sunday, March 30, on the Beijing replica supercross track at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. The racing starts at 11 a.m. with awards for the UCI championship classes slated to be immediately after the event.

The international competition comes the day after the country’s best elite BMX riders vie for Stars-and-Stripes jerseys at the USA Cycling Elite BMX National Championships. The national championships are slated to be on the same track on Saturday, March 29.

Juniors and elite women practice is scheduled to be from 9:15-10 a.m. each day, while juniors and elite men will practice from 10-10:45 a.m. Online registration will be available at USABMX.com. Registration for juniors riders is $70 while elite riders costs $130.

Team USA Jerseys

Riders who will compete in the Continental BMX Championships MUST race in a USA jersey per UCI rules. Please order a Team USA jersey from Hot Shoppe Designs by March 6. Click here to place your order.

Customized jerseys with sponsor logos are available. If you do not submit a custom form, you will receive a stock USA jersey with no additional logos. The cost for customization will be paid directly to Hot Shoppe when you submit the form.

Please note this is not the event registration even though it is using our online registration system. It is only a way for USA Cycling to collect jersey orders and process payments.
