Starting a collegiate cycling team is free and easy, and often school club sports departments can give you a small budget to get started! The world of collegiate cycling covers all five disciplines of competitive cycling (Mountain Bike, Cyclocross, BMX, Road, and Track), with categories for riders of all abilities, from pro to beginner, and the atmosphere is always fun and energetic. On top of that, costs are kept low for the college budget: licenses and entry fees are discounted, and your USA Cycling membership gets you access to valuable discounts from a wide variety of brands. You'll be glad you got involved.
