Spectator Guide for 2013 Elite BMX Nationals

  
  


Planning to watch the nation's best BMX riders compete for a Stars-and-Stripes jersey at the 2013 USA Cycling Elite BMX National Championships on May 18? Here are a few things to know before you head to the Olympic Training Center (OTC) in Chula Vista, California.

The event is FREE and open to the public. There is no charge for parking.

When visiting the OTC, please keep in mind:

  • No smoking
  • No alcohol
  • No pets (except for service animals)
  • The Team USA Shop will be open and only accepts Visa credit cards or cash
  • Outside food and beverage is permitted (no alcohol and no glass containers)
  • It will be warm – bring sunscreen and hats, but pop-up tents are not allowed at the Beijing BMX track

There is construction happening at the OTC that requires some of the usual walking paths to will be closed.  See below for two different walking options.
