Registration now open for the Abbotsford BMX Supercross World Cup

  
  


Registration is now open for the final and fourth round of the 2012 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup which is scheduled for Sep 14-15 in Abbotsford, Canada. Registration is available online for all championship class riders with an active USA Cycling BMX license and closes at 5 p.m. MT on September 3.
 
The Abbotsford Supercross event is open to all elite and junior-level riders holding a USA Cycling BMX international license and riders must be born from 1995 or earlier to be eligible to enter the race.
 
The UCI BMX Supercross World Cup series offers significant international class 2 ranking points that affect an athlete’s individual international (UCI) world ranking, and contribute to a nation’s ranking, which is the primary factor in determining the number of start positions a country receives for the 2013 BMX World Championships held in Auckland, New Zealand, July 26-27, 2013. For more information visit the UCI BMX Supercross World Cups official webpage.
 
All championship class riders with an active USA Cycling BMX license can register now by logging on to their My USA Cycling account. Simply click on My AccountRegister for an Event, filter ALL disciplines to “BMX,” click on 2012 UCI Supercross – Abbotsford. Riders wishing to attain a license can do so by visiting usacycling.org or directly via usacycling.org/get-a-license.
 
Registration costs $196 and is open until 5 p.m. MST on September 3, 2012. LATE Registration costs $392 and is offered from September 3, 2012 at 5:01 p.m. MST to September 5, 2012 until 2:30 p.m. MST (no exceptions).  
 
The registration fee does include TravMed insurance coverage for all USA Cycling members from September 12 – 16, 2012. The above does not include a $6.00 service fee.
