NTC: Winners crowned after Festival of Speed

  
  


(June 27, 2016) – The 2016 National Track Calendar (NTC) men’s and women’s sprint and endurance champions were crowned following June 17-18 Festival of Speed-Red Robin Finals in Trexlertown, Pa.
 
The 2015 NTC wrapped up with the Golden Wheel Race/Champions of Sprint and Keirin Revenge in Trexlertown, Pa.
The 2016 NTC wrapped up with the the Festival of Speed-Red Robin Finals in Trexlertown, Pa.

Hugo Barrette (CAN) jumped to the men’s sprint standings win with 52 points following his Festival of Speed-Red Robin Finals keirin win and sprint silver, while Monique Sullivan (CAN) won the women’s sprint standings with 49 points with keirin and sprint wins at the event.
 
Zachary Kovalcik (Portland, Ore./Black Lodge Cycling) earned the men’s sprint standings win with 64 points after finishing second in the scratch race, and Kate Wilson (Los Angeles, Calif./CPT-CCF Racing Team) took the women’s endurance standings win with 58 thanks to her second-place effort in the Festival of Speed-Red Robin Finals scratch race.
