Print MEDIA ADVISORY - 2012 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships
Media Credentials
Credentials will be required for all members of the working press at the 2012 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships set for January 4-8, 2012 in Madison, Wisconsin.
It is essential that members of the media planning to cover the races apply for credentials to gain access to secure photo and interview areas as well as the heated press work room.
How to apply:
Email Andrea Smith at asmith@usacycling.orgwith Name, Media Outlet or assignment letter, Contact Info including email and on-site phone number, and role (reporter, photographer, or videographer). Space is limited and credentials will be reserved for members of the working press on assignment. No requests from teams, coaches, sponsors, family and/or friends will be accepted. Photographers please also request photo vest in the email.
Photographers:
Photographers will be REQUIRED to WEAR photo vests for access to designated photo areas and should be prepared to leave a credit card, ID or $10 deposit for the vest. Photo vests are limitedand will be reserved for members of theworking press on assignment.
Credential pick-up:
Instructions on when and where to pick-up credentials will be distributed to all approved approximately two weeks out from the event.

Please note that a completed media credentials application does not guarantee access. Confirmations will be issued via email. Members of the working press can also receive credentials on-site by providing an assignment letter.
