Kristen Dieffenbach is an assistant professor of Athletic Coaching Education at West Virginia University and is an Association of Applied Sport Psychology certified consultant. Currently she is the coaching education representative on the NASPE Sport Steering Committee and is on the board for the National Council for Accreditation of Coaching Education. She also serves as an advisory board member with the USA Cycling coaching education committee. Kristen is also a professional coach with a category 1 (elite) USA Cycling license and a Level II endurance specialization from USA Track and Field. She has coached for over 15 years at the high school, collegiate, recreational, and elite levels.
