New title sponsor named for 2010 Masters Track Nationals
Frisco, TX (July 1, 2010) -- The Superdrome Management Group and USA Cycling are pleased to announce that Richardson Bike Mart will be the title sponsor for the 2010 USA Cycling Masters Track National Championships to be held at the Superdrome Velodrome in Frisco, Texas, September 1-5.
"USA Cycling is very excited to have Richardson Bike Mart come on board to partner with the 2010 USA Cycling Masters Track National Championships. Richardson Bike Mart has a long history of supporting cycling and they will be a great addition to the event at the Superdrome in Frisco," said Micah Rice, Managing Director of National Events for USA Cycling.
Richardson Bike Mart is celebrating its 30 year of operation under Jim and Rhonda Hoyt and has held an important role in the cycling community, including support of the Superdrome since its construction in 1998. RBM has continued to be a key player in the recent revitalization of the velodrome, including hands-on involvement by Jim and Rhonda during the complete resurfacing of the track in spring 2009. RBM opened its newest location in Frisco only two miles from the track, and local employees donate time and mechanical support for the Youth Development Program sponsored by the Superdrome.
"RBM is proud to support and be a part of the Masters Track National Championships and we're glad USA Cycling chose the Superdrome for the 2010 site," said Jim Hoyt, owner of RBM. "We wish all the participants success and look forward to a wonderful event."
SMG President Tim Goodwin said he greatly appreciates the generosity of RBM, which has helped sustain and maintain the Superdrome and the programs it provides for the cycling community.
