There is not one, set roster for USA Cycling’s National Development Programs. USA Cycling uses a more inclusive “pool” model for its development programs which gives many more athletes the opportunity for exposure and experience at the next level. In 2012 alone, approximately 300 individual riders took part in USA Cycling’s National Development Program, gaining valuable race experience through 1,900 fully supported race days.
USA Cycling maintains development programs across many levels and disciplines of the sport including: men’s and women’s espoir endurance programs, men’s and women’s junior endurance programs (both 15-16 and 17-18 age divisions), men’s and women’s mountain bike, cyclo-cross and BMX development programs and a sprint track program.
Over the last decade hundreds of riders have participated in USA Cycling’s National Development Programs, including:

About USA Cycling’s National Development Programs
One of USA Cycling’s dual missions is to achieve sustained success in international cycling competition. To that end, USA Cycling maintains development programs for all disciplines of competitive cycling, including men’s and women’s U25 and junior road; mountain bike; track (endurance and sprint) and BMX development programs. These programs provide a structured pathway to the top tier of the sport through athlete development that begins with Junior racing series, Regional Talent ID Camps and racing and moves through to international competition.
