Hobbies: photography, reading, hiking with her dogs, and cooking

Favorite Race: Providence Cross Fest. I've won there and I've broken my hand there. Boulder just nailed Nationals in 2014 so it will also go down as one of my all-time favorites (riding onto the podium helped too)

Favorite Place to Train: Anywhere with a magical view and little traffic (that's Boulder most of the time)

Best Cycling Memory: Winning road nationals; finally getting a coveted top 10 at a CX World Cup in 2013.

Best Advice Received From a Coach When Starting Out: Rest and recover should NEVER be underestimated. Appropriate days off and slow rides only make you stronger.

Motivation: Wanting to be better than I was yesterday

Hero/Role Model: Marianne Vos

Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: Top 10 at 2014 World Championships in Hoogerheide

First Involvement in Cycling: After graduating from college, I played in a semi-pro soccer league for a summer in Madison, Wis. When that season ended, my team folded, but I wasn’t ready to give up athletics – I was too competitive still. My boyfriend at the time introduced me to cycling and that was that. Being in such a cycling-friendly town made it easy to jump right in and learn from some of the best and most nurturing in the sport. It didn’t take long before I was hooked.

Charity Work/Community Involvement: For the last four years, Meredith has raised money for a breast cancer foundation in Ft. Collins, Colo., called Hope Lives. Her campaign is called "Pretty in Pink" and in four years she has raised almost $50,000 for Hope Lives.

Family: Engaged to Johs Huseby...parents are John and Marsha Frommer...has a brother, Andrew, who has completed an Ironman triathlon
