Francisco Mancebo (ESP/Realcyclist.com) has clinched the top spot on the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar (NRC) men's standings.

The cancellation of the CapCity Crit leaves the Univest Grand Prix in Souderton, Pa., as the last event on the calendar. Mancebo holds a 130-point lead over Jacobe Keough (Sandwich, Mass./UnitedHealthcare) and the maximum amount of points available for the winner of the one-day road race is 120 points.

There is a three-rider scramble for the next three positions as Keough has a 46-point edge on Luis Romero Amaran (CUB/Jamis-Sutter Home) and a 70-point cushion on Jonathan Cantwell (AUS/Team Fly V), who are the third and fourth-place riders, respectively.

Mancebo took the top spot at the first race of the NRC, Redlands Bicycle Classic, and hasn't relinquished even a share of his lead of the men's standings.

As has already been announced, Janel Holcomb (San Diego, Calif./Colavita-Forno d'Asolo) secured the women's individual standings while helping Colavita-Forno d'Asolo clinch the women's team standings.
