Best advice you received from a coach when you were starting out: "Train hard, but be sure to still have fun!"
Hero/role model: "Anyone who has dedicated their life to achieving their dream."
What is your best cycling memory: "Winning Stage 1 in Rimouski was great. I had low expectations and I wasn't feeling great, but rode away with the win and a yellow jersey!"
How did you first become involved in cycling: "I started mountain biking with my dad when I was pretty young. Fast forward a few years and I was on a ski team but not really enjoying it. My friend told me about a local cycling club, and I decided to join; that spring I did my first road race, and I fell in love with cycling."
Cycling goals: "Win a national championship, become a professional cyclist, compete in the Olympic Games and become fluent in French."
