Best Cycling Memory: "Winning the scratch race at my first NTC competition; it helped open the door to future possiblities in the sport."

Motivation: "I am motivated to race and train hard because I have been blessed with a gift and I want to use it to the fullest potential, and most recently, to honor the memory of my father, who was always a strong and tenacious, yet friendly, humble and gracious competitior."

Hero/Role Model: "My dad, Victor Williams."

Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: "Medal at Junior Track World Championships, compete in the Olympics and medal in team pursuit and omnium, honor God in everything I do and get a degree in a health-related field so I can support myself and help others."

First Involvement in Cycling: "I got involved in cycling by doing the Cherry Creek Time Trial series on the tandem with my Dad when I was 10."
