Motivation: I know how hard I work on and off the bike, so that hard work motivates me to try my best in every race I start.
Hero/Role Model: Katie Compton. I look up to her both on and off the bike. She leads by great example and has helped guide me through many things over the past few years.
Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: To go as far as I can with my cycling.
First Involvement in Cycling: I first became involved in cycling at the velodrome in Kenosha, Wis., when I was 6 years old. I raced stock bike racing there on Monday nights during the summer for five years. When I was 10 I was then old enough to race on Tuesday nights on the real track bike.
Charity Work/Community Involvement: Kaitlin has volunteered at the Indy Cycloplex for four years, and has also volunteered at Dig In Indianapolis in 2013.
Family: Parents are Jon Antonneau and Barb Laska...has a sister, Emily.
