Points of Interest/Personal

  • Chloe grew up in Boulder, Colo., and started riding bikes at a young age with her family. In seventh grade, Woodruff went on a class trip to Moab, Utah, and spent three days mountain biking in the desert. She returned home hooked on mountain biking, and she’s been playing in the dirt ever since.
  • She has interned with both the City of Tucson Bicycle & Pedestrian Program and the University of Arizona Transportation department and is very interested in bicycle and pedestrian planning.
  • Chloe and her husband, Travis (TJ), raced the day after their wedding in the Fort Collins U.S. Gran Prix of Cyclo-Cross. Chloe raced with a wedding veil attached to her helmet and still finished ninth.
  • She has represented Team USA at the UCI World Championships eight times as a junior, U23 and elite rider.
