Motivation: I'm motivated to challenge myself every time I get on the bike, and in life in general. I'm always driven to improve myself and push myself to my limits.
Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: Continue to represent the United States at the Cyclo-cross World Championships, and climb the national and international cyclo-cross rankings. Continue to grow my law practice and perhaps run for a Judge position later in my professional career.
Did You Know?: Arley is a full-time bike racer and full-time attorney operating her own law practice
First Involvement in Cycling: After my ski racing career ended, I needed to get involved in something else since I suddenly had so much free time. I had always been interested in cycling, so I looked into the cycling club at the University of New Hampshire, where $100 bought you a jersey and entry to all the ECCC races, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It was a super fun experience and a great way to learn about the sport.
Charity Work/Community Involvement: Arley does a fair amount of pro bono legal work in the county where her law practice is located.
