Communique no. 3

The following penalties have been issued:
 

Failure to obey USA Cycling Regulations
1	PERLEY Bradford	192115	Brevard College	$50

General Information:

The course for all junior races on Saturday will have two modifications. Signs were placed on the
course today identifying the changes and will consist of the following:

     1. Removal of the twisty turn section right after the start (prior to pit #1).
     2. Removal of the barrier section. Riders will descend the wooden ramp and continue
          straight on to the pavement towards the finish. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

With potential of inclement weather coming in the next 48 hours, please be advised that changes
could be made in the schedule and/or parking arrangements should weather conditions become
