Penalties
Rider 62, TYRA, Brad is relegated from the Men's Sprint Eight Round Heat 5 for coming out the lane while overlapped (USA Cycling Rule 8E3(f)).
Rider 65, WHALEY, Ian, is warned for overtaking using the blue band (USA Cycling Rule 8E3(d)).
Rider 65, WHALEY, Ian, is relegated for overtaking using the blue band during the sprint at lap 18 (USA Cycling Rule 8E3(d)).
Rider 65, WHALEY, Ian, is disqualified from the Points Race due to recieving two warnings (USA Cycling Rule 2B11).
